The Thielen Student Health Center is a full-service medical clinic located on campus. Full-time dedicated professionals are on site to care for the primary health care needs of Iowa State students.

The Iowa State University Police Department is a fully trained and certified police unit that works in partnership with members of the community to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment to live, learn and work. Services include safety escort programs and self defense training.
