Fuel-cell challenge
Michael Anderson, Miller Middle School of Marshalltown, anxiously waits while his team's hydrogen fuel-cell car recharges during Friday's Ames Laboratory/ISU Regional Middle School Science Bowl. Miller won the Fuel-cell Car Challenge, and Des Moines' Central Academy Middle School won the quiz-bowl event to advance to the National Science Bowl, June 17-20 in Golden, Colo. More.
