One of the privileged

To the editor:
I read with interest your article in the last Iowa Stater about the home management houses of the past at Iowa State.

I was one of those privileged to have that six weeks of experience and to me it was a very good one. Miss Lindstrom, our adviser, was a dear and taught us many things besides baby care and cooking. Our child was a beautiful little 11-month-old girl - later adopted by a doctor and his wife we were told.

For a long time afterwards, our group of six girls stayed in touch and several of us met again at a class reunion in Ames years later.
